Thank you Lillian for sharing your story with us during this time where your physical therapy is integral to your overall wellbeing:

“During my sessions at Abilities Centre, I feel very safe and comfortable as all the staff wear masks and visors. They go above and beyond making sure we feel safe comfortable coming into the Centre and during our sessions.
During our first lockdown in the summer of 2020, I received a call from Abilities Centre letting me know that our memberships have gone on hold, due to the pandemic. Instead of putting my payments on hold, I decided to donate my monthly fees to support Abilities Centre to give back, until I was able to use the facility again.

This new amendment granted from the Government has given me the freedom and a continuation of the life I used live before Covid-19. I need to have this therapy daily and I am very happy and grateful for Abilities Centre in our community. I am able to come here at 77 years old, and maintain my own therapy, during this shutdown."
