Ashley Ferguson is a member of our Thrive Program. Ashley joined Thrive to try new activities in a group setting and to meet likeminded individuals. As a passionate and talented artist, Ashley has created many pieces that we now feature on display at Abilities Centre. Through attending the Thrive program, Ashley has found a place where she feels included – this feeling of belonging has had a positive impact on her physical and mental wellbeing.
