Lemon & Dill Dip (1 Cup of Dip)
2/3 cup  light mayonnaise
1/3 cup light sour cream
1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp  dried dill weed
pinch salt and pepper
 
Italian Veggie Dip (3 Cups of Dip)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 (6 ounce) packet Italian salad dressing mix
Plum tomatoes
1⁄2 diced red bell pepper 
1⁄4 cup minced fresh parsley
 
Any Vegetables you wish such as carrots, cucumbers, celery, broccoli, califlour, etc. 
 
Instructions
 
Lemon & Dill Dip
Wash your hands and ensure cooking and preparation areas are clean.
In bowl whisk together  all ingredients light mayonnaise, light sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, dill weed, salt and pepper
 
Italian Veggie Dip
Wash and cut up the pepper and plum tomatoes into very small pieces
Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, salad dressing mix and stir in the tomatoes, bell pepper and parsley.
Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
 
Vegetables & Pitas
Wash each vegetable thoroughly and cut up into medium sized chunks. 
Cut pitas into small triangular pieces
