Fruit Kabobs:
  • Cantaloupe (cut into small pieces)
  • Pineapple (cut into small pieces)
  • Apple (cut into small pieces)
  • Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries
  • ½ Banana (peeled and cut into chunks)
  • Wooden Skewers
*any fruit can be used depending on your likes
 
Yogurt Fruit Dip: (Makes about one cup of dip)
  • 1 cup non- fat vanilla greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons honey
  • Dash of cinnamon
 
Instructions
 
Fruit Kabobs:
Wash your hands and ensure cooking and preparation areas are clean.
Wash all fruit well and cut into medium sized chunks
Thread the fruit alternately onto skewers placing at least 4 pieces of fruit on each one.
 
Yogurt Fruit Dip:
Wash your hands and ensure cooking and preparation areas are clean
Measure and mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl
Mix well and chill for at least 10 minutes
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon just before serving
