Terry has been an active member with us for years. He doesn't miss a day, except for Sundays and comes in every day to train, where he enjoys weight training the most. He's a special olympic athlete with years of medals and trophies. This athlete is a competitive speed skater and a track runner in the summer months. Terry, along with some other members of Abilities Centre, recently competed at the Special Olympics Canada Winter Games 2020 in Thunder Bay in 4 different speed skating races! We are thrilled to announce that Terry won the Gold Medal for the 777m and the Bronze medal for the 500m! Congratulations to Terry and we're so inspired by his motivation and athleticism.
