Ingredients: English Muffins Tomato Sauce Mozzarella Cheese Pizza toppings of your choice such as: pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc. Instructions: Wash your hands and all preparation/cooking areas Preheat oven to 350º F Take an English muffin and cut it into two slices Wash and cut all vegetables into thin slices Grate cheese Add pizza toppings to the English Muffins. Start with tomato sauce and then add whatever toppings you wish to have on your pizza Top it off with the mozzarella cheese Place the English muffin on a baking sheet and place in the oven rack. Cook for 8-10 minutes or so, until cheese is totally melted Remove from the oven and put on plate Serve and enjoy! Make it easier: Use less ingredients Purchase pre-cut ingredients Make it harder: Instead of using English muffins make own dough with the below recipe: Dough Ingredients: 190g self-rising flour, plus more for kneading 200g plain Greek yogurt Cooking spray Dough instructions: Mix flour and greek yogurt together in a bowl Spread ½ cup of self-rising flour to the counter and transfer dough onto it Knead dough adding more flour as needed until it isn’t sticky Spray a round tin with cooking spray and spread dough to the edges of the pan Cook at 350º F for 10 minutes and enjoy!
