Post Rehabilitation programs support individuals transitioning from rehabilitation treatment into community-based programs, enhancing their journey to improve their overall well being and quality of life. These classes are developed and delivered with our community partners in the health sector and facilitated by trained and certified instructors. Please note: some classes require a physician referral to be completed prior to starting in the program.
NEW In-Person Program - Gentle Motion
Gentle Motion is a NEW and specialized in-person fitness class designed for individuals living with Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, early-onset dementia, or older adults looking to rebuild strength and mobility. This program focuses on building stability, improving balance, and supporting independence in daily life through safe, guided exercises tailored to individual needs whether seated, standing, or a combination of both.

Active Lungs (VIRTUAL)
A virtual wellness program, in partnership with Lung Health Foundation, designed specifically for people living with chronic lung conditions (COPD, Pulmonary Fibrosis, Asthma, etc). Through movement, education, and community connection, you’ll build confidence and strength to lead active, fulfilling lives.

Respiratory & Cardiac Maintenance
An exercise program delivered in partnership with Lung Health Foundation for people with cardiac or pulmonary conditions (ie. Heart attack, Angina, COPD, Pulmonary Fibrosis, etc) that aims to help participants maintain muscular strength, flexibility, and activities of daily living.
TIME™ -
An exercise program, created by University Health Network and facilitated by Abilities Centre, is for people with a range of neuromuscular conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, or acquired brain injury.
