After an extensive and competitive recruitment process attracting candidates from across Canada, Abilities Centre is delighted to welcome Ross to the Abilities Centre team. Ross’s experience in previous leadership roles, including acting as a Consultant for the Ministry of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries, Executive Director for Athletics Ontario, and more recently as Executive Director for Windreach Farm, places him in an excellent position to advance the mission and vision at Abilities Centre.

“Ross brings a wealth of experience and passion to our organization. As we continue the scaling of our programs and services, locally, provincially, nationally and globally, the role of the GM & COO will be critical in ensuring we have the infrastructure in place to execute on our strategic priorities. Ross is a great addition to the talented team we have at Abilities Centre, and will no doubt have a transformational impact on the work we do”.
Stuart McReynolds, President & CEO

As Abilities Centre celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2022, and looks ahead to the next 10 years, the organization is currently in the process of strategic planning, and developing a bold vision to continue the scaling of its impact in communities across Canada.

“I am honoured and excited to join Abilities Centre. The organization has tremendous potential, and with the strong foundation the dedicated and innovative team has put in place, I am confident the organization will continue to reach new heights, and in turn, impact more individuals and communities in Ontario and across Canada.”
