Our Sport and Recreation department offers a wide variety of options to promote the development of physical literacy and to provide opportunities for members to be active for life!
All programs are fully inclusive and are centred around the goals and needs of every individual participating. Whether individuals are dropping in for the first time, continuing a life-long passion for activities or starting on their pathway to achieve future goals, we have a program for you!
