Effective January 4, 2022, Abilities Centre will be using the Verify Ontario app certificate with QR code as mandated by the Ontario Government which will require all members, participants and visitors to provide proof of their enhanced vaccine
The QR code can be used digitally or by printing a paper copy. Download your enhanced certificate with QR code by visiting https://covid-19.ontario.ca/book-vaccine/.
If you require assistance call the provincial vaccine contact centre at 1-833-943-3900 to have your enhanced vaccine certificate emailed or mailed.
If you do not have access to a printer, you can get a copy printed for free at a local library or at a ServiceOntario location.
