In Their Words: A Conversation on Disability and Employment, presented by Abilities Centre and Element Fleet Management, brings together local employers and employees with disabilities for an open conversation about work. What helps, what gets in the way, and what each side wishes the other knew. We’re hosting it to mark National Disability Employment Awareness Month.
You’ll hear honest stories from people doing this work every day, and leave with practical insights and ideas you can bring back to your own workplace.
To close the morning, we’ll officially open our new Employment Hub with a ribbon-cutting, followed by tours and time to connect.
