Madison Boone
Madison, also known as Madi, is a passionate Strength and Conditioning Coach committed to helping athletes build confidence, develop strong physical foundations, and reach their full potential. Having grown up immersed in sport, with hockey as her primary focus, she developed an early appreciation for the impact that quality coaching, training, and a positive team environment can have on an athlete’s development.
She graduated from Fanshawe College’s Fitness and Health Promotion program in 2019, where she received the Jean Fraser Campbell Award for achieving the highest GPA in her graduating class.
Madi has spent the past eight years working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with a wide range of athletes, from the grassroots level through to professional sport. Her experience includes individualized coaching, small-group training and team-based strength and conditioning, allowing her to adapt her approach to athletes of different ages, abilities and performance goals.
She has also expanded her coaching experience beyond the weight room, serving as an assistant coach with a competitive volleyball team and coaching within a youth development program.
For the past six years, Madi has been an integral part of A.S.A.D. London’s Strength and Conditioning team and has served as the program’s Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach for the last three years. Alongside her coaching responsibilities, she spent three years as the A.S.A.D. London Program Coordinator before advancing to Senior Coordinator, a position she has held for an additional three years.
Madi is passionate about creating a positive, challenging environment where athletes feel supported, build confidence, and develop the skills and work ethic needed to succeed both in sport and beyond.
