TIME™ is a community-based exercise program for people with a range of neuromuscular conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, or acquired brain injury. Anyone with a neuromuscular condition who can walk at least 10 metres, with or without a walking aid, is encouraged to participate.
The classes are led by trained professionals. Classes are 60 minutes in length and focus mainly on strength, balance, coordination, and endurance.
Community-based exercise program that is a transition pathway completed before entering a classic TIME program. Aimed at people with gait and mobility challenges that offers more rest breaks and less transitions between super stations.
