TIME™ is a community-based exercise program for people with a range of neuromuscular conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, or acquired brain injury. Anyone with a neuromuscular condition who can walk at least 10 metres, with or without a walking aid, is encouraged to participate.
 
TIME Lite™ 
An exercise program that is a transition pathway completed before entering a classic TIME program. Aimed at people with gait and mobility challenges that offers more rest breaks and less transitions between super stations.

TIME™
An exercise program created by University Health Network for those with gait and mobility challenges such as deconditioned adults or people with neurological conditions ie. Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Spinal Cord Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, etc
 
TIME Plus™
An exercise program that is a transition pathway completed after participating in a classic TIME program. Aimed at people with gait and mobility challenges at faster pace with fewer rest breaks.
