Abilities Centre is thrilled to launch AC Virtual World, in partnership with Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre. The new virtual membership gives each facility’s members access to new videos released weekly to encourage physical activity from centre-based programs and classes.
Following the need to provide more accessible virtual options for at home physical activity, Abilities Centre joined this initiative in order to fulfill the need of its amazing members in Durham Region with the potential to reach individuals nationwide.

We are so excited to bring you a NEW schedule for our LIVE workouts!
| Our classes vary in intensity. Each class, the instructors will be providing a standing and seated option, as well as variations for impact and intensity. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome!
- Strength and Stretch, 9am - 9:45am: A low-impact class ideal for those who are new to, or returning to, regular exercise. This class focuses on increasing total body strength, flexibility, and range of motion as well as stamina and endurance. This class offers low-medium intensity variations, as well as a seated option.
- HIIT Circuit with weights, 9-9:45am: This is a higher intensity class with lower impact and intensity variations as well as a seated option. The class uses dumbbells and will consist of a full body workout consisting of cardio and strength components.
- Strictly Strength, 9-9:45am: This class focuses on increasing strength and endurance, as well as, focusing on proper form and technique. This format Incorporates dumbbells and body weight. A seated option and variations will be offered for all fitness levels.
- Finish Strong Fridays, 9-9:45am:
- Each week will be a different class and instructor to add some variety and finish your week STRONG!
